Booking Terms and Conditions

• Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out is by 11am on the morning of departure.
• A %50 deposit is required to secure bookings of 2 or more nights. Full payment is required for 1 night bookings.
• Mid-week is Monday to Thursday.
• We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Eftpos.
• Cancellation 14 days prior to booking date will incur a $25 admin fee
• No refund of deposit for cancellation less than 14 days prior to the booking date
• Smoking allowed on verandahs only
• No pets allowed on the estate
• GST is included in all Rates
• Any damage or theft of items incurred are at the guests expense
